I am FMVA® certified, having dedicated countless hours to mastering financial modeling and valuation through the Corporate Finance Institute. My experience includes working with startups such as Property Deals, where I developed cash flow forecasts, managed working capital, and helped prepare the firm for investor capital.

My foundation is built on strong corporate finance fundamentals, technical modeling expertise, and a commitment to relationship-driven advisory.

In addition, I hold experience in Sustainable Finance from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, where I explored how to integrate social and environmental data into financial decision-making—focusing on ESG risk management, sustainable investment strategies, and long-term value creation.

Beyond finance, I have extensive experience in church leadership, serving on finance and pastoral councils, where I’ve cultivated values of stewardship, service, and purpose-driven growth.

At Brooke Winters Capital, my mission is to help small firms grow in profitability, access working capital, and eventually tap into private credit markets. I aspire to build a firm that empowers businesses to expand, acquire assets, and reach levels of financing traditionally out of their reach in public markets.
